Damage to all items should be reported within 14 days of receipt.

We understand that at times the wrong item/s may have been ordered and as such you may, for one reason or another, wish to return the item/s for a refund, this acceptable but only if you meet the below criteria which is put in place to protect both buyer and seller.

On the very rare occasion there could be a manufacturing problem with software please call or email us and we'll arrange for replacement media to be shipped out, please note that software cannot be returned for as a refund once open, this is due to the product key being visible and once used the item cannot then be resold.

All our return policy's comply with EU CCR's

We accept returns on items provided under the following circumstances.

1. We are informed via email prior to returning the item and have confirmed return information.

2. The software is still sealed and has not been tampered with and does not have a visible product key.

3. The item is in exactly the same condition it was sent in and all contents intact.

4. The item sent was significantly different than as described or proven to be fault.

5. Courier damage, photo's will be required.

We will NOT accept returns for the following:

1. Items were sent as new and sealed but have since been open by the buyer, if you return items in open condition they will be sent back to you.

2. Software sold as used or opened (unless faulty) due to the product key be visible and therefore it could have been copied or used.

3. OEM licensed software where the product key can be seen on the outer packaging.

4. You are a business and have made an error in purchasing (distance selling regulations do not apply for business to business sales).


Items that qualify for refund as stated above are covered by a 14 day money back guarantee which applies from the date you receive the item and in cases where it is established that we are responsible for the return we will pay back the full postage and packaging costs.

All returned items should be returned via signed for service mailing service, we will not be held responsible for any returned item lost in the mail so it essential you seek to insure the real value of the item upon return

If the above conditions are met we will process your refund within 7 days, please allow time for the funds to show on your card as this can also take a few days if nothing has appeared after 7 days please get in contact.
